Brian was finishing up at the house when he looked up and noticed a branch that he had cut earlier. The branch was caught up in the adjacent tree. Brian could have very easily ignored the small branch and continued packing up. Instead, Brian climbed back in the bucket truck and ascended 50 feet to remove the branch. Wow! As Dave had promised, the company owner Brian himself came early to my job and brought a polite, hard-working and skilled team with him who were careful especially when they had to gain access through my neighbor’s driveway. David's crew removed the trees quickly, but what was most impressive was the cleanup they did afterwards. All that was left behind was two stumps (which we had agreed upon beforehand.)
