David's crew removed the trees quickly, but what was most impressive was the cleanup they did afterwards. All that was left behind was two stumps (which we had agreed upon beforehand.) Even most of the sawdust was gone! The same day a neighbor had a tree removed by a different company, and a week later their front yard and sidewalk are still a mess of sticks and sawdust. If I had any more trees left, I wouldn't hesitate to call Cambium again.

They quickly took down a large pin oak with minimal impact to the lawn, ground up the stump, trimmed some branches from other trees overhanging our roof, set aside some of the tree I wanted to keep for firewood, and cleaned up extremely well. As Dave had promised, the company owner Brian himself came early to my job and brought a polite, hard-working and skilled team with him who were careful especially when they had to gain access through my neighbor’s driveway. Brian was generous with his time - as an expert arborist he consulted with me on all my trees and honestly advised against the immediate removal of a tree I had planned to remove, even though he could have made more money. Brian’s work climbing up and taking down a huge oak tree directly over my house was nothing short of amazing. The neighbor kids and I stood in awe while he expertly climbed and removed the leaning and towering tree!! His team made sure nothing was dropped and he worked very efficiently and expertly. At the end the team left my backyard cleaned and raked - in better shape than they found it. They were all very friendly and clearly take pride in their work. It took them about 1 week to complete the work, including grinding the stump and disposal of the debris. Before they left each day, they put our fence back up and cleaned their working area. They trimmed dead limbs and pruned around power lines without impacting any of my dense plantings, cleaned up everywhere they worked, best of all - left me a nice pile of fresh chips for my garden and two sitting stumps for our patio. I thought they would need all kinds of trucks with buckets that would tear up our lawn but they showed up with an impressive amount of rope and climbing equipment and the owner confidently dropped the trees exactly where he needed to. Then they took down the canopies of the trees in the back and when they left, there wasn’t a pine needle left on my driveway. Details like that say so much about a business. My neighbors and I were in awe of the way the team works so closely together. They are so efficient. We also enjoyed seeing Brian in the trees at the very top working with such skill.
